Per your letter of 9/24/80, enclosed please find eight copies each of tha following facility form endorsements:

Endorsement #30 Policy #NF-216 Endorsement #35 Policy #NF-216 Endorsement #29 Policy #MF-76 A review of our records reveals that Endorsement #30 (NF-216) was sent to you by letter under date of 3/4/77. Your office inquired about the endorsement and we replied by letter under date of 10/10/77 reaffirming that we sent you the subject endorsement on 3/4/77. You were requested to contact us if you did not in fact have the endorsement. We received no further word from you and therefore assumed you had it.

Endorsements #35 (NF-216) and #29 (MF-76) were sent to you under letter dated 2/7/79 ulong with the Endorsements #2 for our Secondary Financial Protection Policies numbers XB52, XB53, EB52 and EB53. Do your records reflect receipt of the other endorsements?
