Under Article I, STATEMENT OF WORK, add the following to Section F.:
"C0flSULTANT Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a combination of government accounting and civilian accounting experience. Must have experience in the design, development, and use of automated financial management information systems, ftust have at least ten (10) years of experience in accounting."
