MDDRANDLM AND ORDER I2.- 7. d The purpose of this Memorandum and Order is for the Atccic Safety and Licensing Board (the Board) to set out in written form the Order it made regarding production of doctrents en December 17, 1976. That Order was conveyed orally to the parties by telephone on December 17, 1976.
At the prehearing conference en Tuesday, Dece:r:cer 14,-1976, the Board ordered that the Applicant deliver certain doctronts identified as doctrents A through F (Tr. 910-914) to the office-of counsel for *.he Intervenors by 10:00 a.m. Friday, Dececher 17, 1976.
The reason for the timing of that order was that the Intervenors' expert was traveling fraa Oregon to Chicago and would be available to revice the doctrents en Deceder 17, 1976.
On Deceder 17, 1976, the Board, through telephone conrunica-tions with the Chairman's secretary, received inforration tlut there
