of the_ Michigan-Attorney General's September 8 submission to the Commission,' copies of'which are indicated on the covering letter-to have been furnished to the Members of the Hearing' Board, counsel and parties-(including even Mr. Roisman, Mr. Comey and Mr. Ward), except Mr. O'Connor and me.
