The Memorandum and Order. issued by the Appeal Board in this proceeding on March 26, "19.73 - (ALAB-106)', ' prescribes four re-
-porting conditions to-which the outstanding construction permits for:the Midland facility are to be deemed subject.

.these requires the Applicantzto submit a report on quality assurance action respecting -cons.truction-work already: performed and materials now onsthe Midlandisite, by " April-9, 1973, or the date of resump-
- tion of-construction activities (whichever is later)."
