The purpose of this letter is to request authorization from you to use a room under your jurisdiction for a hearing.
From tal.ephone conversations with Mr. John Borris of your staff, I understand that Roon 2502 (at the above location) is available for the i
period January 31 through February 11, 1977 for use by an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. The hearing is in the matter of Consumer Power Company's Midland nuclear facility. There will be no spectators at the -
hearing; however, in addition to table accommodations for the three-member Board and the court reporter, there should be four tables arranged for use-by the four sets of attorneys in thr.s proceeding.
These details have been discussed with Mr. Borris.
