i VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - ret!!SION 29 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed clarifications to the Surry Power Station Physical Security Plan. The changes primarily address departmental reorganization and a radio system upgrade.
The changes have been reviewed and determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Cection 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
