In accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations [10 CFR 50.54(p)] changes to the Security Plan, PGE-1017, and the Training and Qualific' tion Plan, PGE-1024 at the Trojan Nuclear Plant are being implemented. As d)

'd with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region V staff, these changes have been made to clarify passages that could possibly be misinterpreted or are needed to effect editorial changes.

Attachment A contains a detailed description cf the changes in Revision 38 of the Security Plan and Revision 11 of the Training and Qualification Plan, and includes a discussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment B consists of four copies of each revision's replacement pages.

Two additional copies of each revision are being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
