Mr. George Dalin Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport Main Overhaul Base St. Paul, MN 55111 Gentlemen:
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons of this office on May 14 and 15, 1980, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 22-12080-01 and to the discussion of our findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
Tn addition to the above areas, the inspector examined actions described l
in your letter dated July 19, 1979 regarding apparent items of noncom-l pliance found during our June 22, 1979, inspection. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
l No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
