An e.ception to the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67(e) and(g) for License SNM-777 for the transport of SNM of moderate and low strategic significance was issued on July 31, 1980.
The excep-tion covers material in the form of scrap for burial as described in your letter of June 26, 1980.
An amendment fee of $3,500 was paid for approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed th'e manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application, and the actual review cost is $494.
We have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $3,006 to your Company.
