In the month of April, 1981, there were four (4) power reductions, two (2) manual shutdowns from flode 2 (one continued from 3/31/81), and two (2) manual shutdowns from Mode 1.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in April:

1.

Performed miscellaneous maintenance on Diesel Generators.

2.

Repaired flange leaks on RCS loops A and B RTD manifolds.
