CFUR'S MOTION Ft)R EXTENSION OF TIME Cones now CNR (Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation), one of the Intervenors herein, and novos the Board pursuant to 10 CFR 2.711 to extend the tine for CFUE to answer Apolicants' Third Set of Interrogatories to CNR and Eequests to Prdduce until June 2,1981.

Additional tine is necessary for CNR to answer because those Interroga-tories are quite lengthy. Nrther, it has been necessary for CFUR to direct its energies '.Jward nesting several other deadlines in this croceeding which have occurred recently.

Wile CNR contacted the Applicants requesting an agreef extension of ~

tine, it has raceived no response on this request. Consequently, this Motion has becone necessary.

This requested extension will not cause delay in the hearing on this l proceeding or cause prejudice to any party.

l WHEREFORE, CNR prays that it be granted until June 2,1981, to rescend to Apolicants' Third Set of Interrogatories to CFUR and Requests to Produce.
