This tatement was prepared by ny staff in accordance with the statement of general polig and pmcedure on implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as set forth in the Consission's regulations in 10 CFR Part 51. The statement has today been sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and notice of its availability is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
