their answer to the motion of Citizens for Fair Utility :os ,1@w' >'.-

Regulation ("CFUR"), served May 11, 1981, to require the Applicants to hold the structural engineering design audit near Comanche Peak.

Starting on May 11 (the day on which CFUR' filed the instant motion) and continuing through May 15, 1981, Applicants met with representatives of the NRC Structural Engineering Branch in the New Zork offices of Gibbs & Hill, Inc., the Architect-Engineer for Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2.

The purpose of the meeting was to perform an audit on the 03 1

the schedule announced in a meeting notice from the NRC, dated April 29, 1981, which was served on CFUR. Accordingly, CFUR's motion is moot and should be dismissed.
