recuests this Scard to require applicant to choose between going forward in this proceeding or in the rate proceeding before the South Carolina Puolic Service Commission (SCPSC), on July 13, 1981.
Intervenor notes that it had not been consulted by SCPSC prior to SCPSC's issuance of its May 8,1981 order scheduling the rate hearing for July 13,1981, and questions whether applicant had any discussions with SCPSC regarding the scheduling.
Intervenor has filed a similar motion before SCPSC.
Upon consideration of the matters stated in intervenor's motion, it is this 18th day of May 1981 Ordered That the date for applicant's response to intervenor's motien be extended to one day after its response is filed to intervenor's motion before the SCPSC; 35 0 1
