TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR SPECIAL REPORT 81-1 Sequoyah Nuclear Plant technical specification 3.12.2 requires that an annual land use census be conducted of the area surrounding the plant to identify the nearest milk animals, residences, and gardens for dose assessment purposes. TVA has identified a garden and additional milk animal locations during the 1981 survey which yield calculated doses greater than those calculated for locations identified in the previous survey. We are submitting the enclosed specital report on the subject in accordance with action a of technical specification 3.12.2.
