BAILLY PILE DRIVING My apology for the delay in returning the enclosed memo but it was mis-distributed in IE due to organizational change since the October 9,1980 meeting. The terms documented in the meeting summary are acceptable to RRRI and RIII.
3 will provide augmented inspection ef-fort at Bailly for the first several weeks of construction. At that point we will evaluate our findings and determine what the future course of action should be.
