Areas Inspected: Facility organization, facility operation, measurement control program, storage and internal control, shipper-receiver differences, records and reports and management of nuclear materials control system. The inspection involved 58 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the seven areas examined during the inspection except for the following three items:

Internal transfer signed by individual without signature authority and fail.ure to record an internal transfer by the receiving MBA (Level VI).

Use of arrows and ditto marks instead of names attesting to container contents in some instances and item locations not reflected on transfer safe seal logs in accordance with FNMC plan (Level VI).
