This refers to your August 12, 1980 request for approval of a route to be used for shipments of spent fuel from Portland Gas and Electric (Trojan Reactor) to Battelle Columbus Laboratories.
In accorde.nce with fee Category 13 and Footnote 8 of Section 170.31 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $494 (13 man-hrs @ $38/ man-hr).
We have, thc -fore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
