In your letters dated January 29, 1981 February 4,1981, and March ou, is 1 you notified us of organizational changes within the Westinghouse Water Reactor Divisions. We did not fonnally respond to the earlier letters because they ap-peared to have minimal impact on the Westinghouse Electric Corporation Water Reactor Divisions Quality Assurance Plan (WCAP-8370). However, it is becoming very difficult to integrate all the organization changes made since Rev. 9 of WCAP-8370 was issued (see also the Westinghouse letters of February 15, July 15, August 27, and October 28, 1980).
Therefore, please consolidate information already supplied and update the organi-76 tion charts and Section 17.1.1 of WCAP-8370. Also describe actions planned and schedules to fill the position of Director of Product Assurance for the Nuclear Technology Division.
