R Cn April 1,1981, the Regional Director and members of his staff conducted a public meeting in Moline, Illinois to review operations of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station at Cordova and to respond to questions raised by interested members of the public.
At the meeting, an individual stated that the LeClaire, Iowa Fire Chief told him that the evacuation procedure described in the local emergency plan could not be implemented as described. No additional details were provided.
Please request the RAC members to consider this allegation in their review of the LeClaire, Scott County plans.
