This is in reply to your letter dated March 14, 1981, in which yois reouested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, records concerning requests for or the actual permitting of disposal of nuclear waste, low or high level, by Sunny Farms / Stabatrol/ Waste Management (headquarters in Norristown, PA or Chicago, IL) and Liqwacon Corporation (headquarters in Blue Bell, PA or Thomaston, CT) in the State of Pennsylvania. You also requested documents pertaining to nuclear waste licensing / permitting procedure.
In response to part two of your request, the documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed. With respect to part one of your request, we have not located any documents which may be subject to your request.
