Letter Contract No. NRC-05-81-254 Entitled, " Installation of an Exclusive Use Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Telephone System" Pending negotiation of formal Contract No. NRC-05-81-254 and contingent upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this letter as provided herein, Southwestern Bell is authorized and directed, effective March 12,1981, to initiate the work as set forth in Southwestern Bell's proposal entitled, " Region IV, Arlington, Texas, Dimension PBX" dated December 30, 1980 which is incorporated herein by this reference, and made a part of tnis Letter Contract.
In performance of the contract work, Southwestern Bell is not authorized to expend moneys or incur obligations in excess of S19,359.00.
Pending negotiation of a definitive contract, the applicable terms snd conditions of this Letter Contract with the Commission shall be those delineated in Enclosures 1, 2 and 3.
It is anticipated that the said definitive contract will provide for compensation to the contractor for all installation charges on a fixed price basis.
In the event this contract is terminated for convenience of the Government prior to the installation of the equipment, NRC agrees to reimburse Southwestern Bell for actual expenses incurred.
Payment for the services provided under this contract shall be made upon the submission of a proper and correct invoice or voucher in approximately thirty (30) days after submission or date of delivery of services, whichever is later.
