Dear Sirs:
During a NRC inspection, it was observed that two entries in annual report data were in error. Digits were transposed in one entry in Table 2 and an entry in Table 1 was missed.
The attached revised Tables 1 and 2 correct these errors. Loca-tion of entries that are changed are indicated in the right margin and changed entries are underlined.
Please replace pages 12 and 13 of the report with the attached.
