Dear Mr. Reynolds:
In light of your recent conversation with Mr. Edward Shomaker, Office of the Executive Legal Director, it is our understanding that your F0IA request of April 1,1981, is withdrawn.
Furthermore, Mr. Shomaker has indicated that the NRR and I&E staffs will be meeting soon to establish their scheduling for equipment qualification rulemaking. Mr. Shomaker has agreed to provide that scheduling to you as soon as possible.
