The request of the Staff dated March 19, 1901, for discovery again the State of Illinois is granted.
The Motion of the NRC Staff to compell intervenors to respond fully to discovery requests is also granted. All such answers to discovery requests are to be fully answered by May 5, 1981.
The Staff requests for additional discovery against Rorem et al.is denied since no new contentions proposed by Rorem et al. were admitted by the Board.
