CCNCLUSION -

Since the combined plans of the Appli: ant, the State of Misscuri, and f

the eight impacted local governments (all within the 10 mile EPZ) must

" dove-tail" or interface to meet acceptable standards of the Commission in providing fnt- public health and safaty, an in-dep+h study of these plans must be made by each party involve to eliminate actual or

( pottmtial areas of conflict. This review n:ust be continued throughout the licensing proceeding and afterwards on an ongoing basis for the life-ti=e of the nuclear power plant, if protection of the public health and safety is to be maintained. Because of the time required to read each plan and formulate cenparative judgements regarding interfecing potentials, it is felt that this request is timely and appropriate.

, A request is being prepared for submission tc the appropriate State agency for copies of other plans sich form the necessary triade, pectfully submit 4ed, Dated at Kingdom City,
