ATTACHED SERVICE LIST IN NRC PROCEEDING DOCKET NO. 70-1308 LICENSE SNM-1265 In view of the Board's order of March 16, 1981, in which Additional Contention 2 of the State of Illinois and Additional Contentions A through D of Rorem, et al. were rejected, General Electric hereby withdraws those paragraphs of its Second Set of Interrogatories and its Second Notice to Produce Documents to each intervenor which specifically relate to the rejected Additional Contentions.

The withdrawal of these portions of those discovery requests is consistent with the position taken in General Electric's Motion For Leave For Additional Discovery Against Intervenors, dated March 19, 1981, which accompanied the l

four discovery requests discussed above.
