BIG ROCK POINT AND PALISADES PLANTS - NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SECURITY PLANS - REVISION h One signed and fcur conformed copies of Revision h (dated March 18, 1981) to our Security Plans dated February 20, 1979, for the Big Rock Point and Palisades Plants transmitted with this letter contain subject matter which is exempt frc. disclosure according to Section 2.790(d) of the ?iRC's " Rules of Practice, Para 2, Title 10, tjode of Federal Regulations". Therefore, it ic requested that these attachments be withheld from public disclosure.
This revision to the Security ?lans incorporates changes summari::ed in Attach-ment 1.
The changes respond t,o questions posed by the NRC in a letter dated December 15, 1980 and discussed at a meeting with the NRC staff on Februarf 19, 1981. It is Consumers Power Company's eenclucion that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of our Security Plans and therefore have been implemented without prior Commission approval in accordance with 10 CFR 50.5h(p).
