The shipping activities authorized by this approval are p-ocurement, maintenance, repair, and use of packages for licensed material in special form. All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modifi-

cation) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifications from ~ :kage suppliers

that these activities were conducted in accordance witt, an NRL-approved QA 0
program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all ff transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFP, 571.51.
