Keppler US Nuclear Regulatory Commission 799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 DOCKET 50-155, LICENSE DPR-6 BIG ROCK POINT PLANT By letter dated April 5,1976 Consumers Power Company responded to two (2) infractions transmitted by Inspection Report 050-155/76-03. On review of these responses and the infractions, SARB concluded that one (1) response required clarification. The purpose of this letter is to provide the clar-ification.
The first infraction related to the requalification not including preplanned lectures in those areas where the results of the 1974 Annual Operator Exams indicated additional coverage was required. In response, Consumers Power stated in part, " Inclusion of 1974 and 1975 areas of concern in the Annual Exams vill be included in the April 1976 class sessions, as well as all future sessions." We note for clarification that it is our intent to include in future sessions areas of concern from the Annual Exam of the previous year.
