Dear Mr. Wrotenbery:
Thank you for your memorandum dated January 2,1981, transmitting the draft supplement to the final environmental statement related to the con-struction of the Allens Creek Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1.
4 Since the reactor for the proposed nuclear _ generating station will exceed -
the size and weight of a load which. can legally be moved un the State highway system, a permit from our Department will be required. The pemi;-
application should be flied with our District office at 7721 Washington in Houston.
It is noted that the route outlined in the statement may or may not be the j
one chosen for moving the reactor. The route should be coordinated with j
our District office.
