g This refers to your September 29, 1980 request for a revision to Certificate of Compliance No. 9010.
A fee of $2.800 was paid for review and approval of the revision.
By your letter dated January 2,1981, however, you requested that the applica-tion be withdrawn.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment up to the time of withdrawal, and the actual review fee is $760.
We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund
$2,040 to your company.
