OPSER On January 27, 1981, Porter County Chapter Intervenors submitted a further contention, denominated Contention 13, relating to MIPSCO's request that the completion date for Bailly be further extended.
The contention was not brought before the Board by way of motion, as would appear to be appropriate, and the N.R.C. Regulations do not provide for responses to contentions per se.
On February 9, 1981 the N.R.C. Staff filed a written opposition to the admission of the Contention.
No other responses have been received.
