Dear Mr. Greenberg:
This is in reply to your letter dated January 21, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the agreement between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the State of Colorado which authorizes the State of Colorado to operate its radiation control program, and other documents.
In your telephone conversation with Mr. Frank W. Karas of my staff on February 2,1981, you agreed to limit the extent to your request to a copy of the agreement between the NRC (successor to the Atomic Energy Comission) and the State of Colorado. A copy of this agreement is enclosed.
This completes action on your request.
