Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Reference:

Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit 2 NRC Docket No. 50-341

Subject:

Development'of Sector-Specific Recirculation-Stacnation Factor Enclosed are three (3) copies of the report " Development of Sector-Specific Recirculation-Stagnation Factor for Meteorological Data Collected at the Enrico Fermi Atomic

't Power Plant, Unit 2" prepared by Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc.

Detroit Edison is in the process of prepahing the Radio-logical Effluent Technical Specifications ( RETS). for the

~

Fermi 2 plant.which will incorporate the site-specific terrain correction factors shown in Table 5-1 of the report.

It is our understanding that site-specific terrain cor-rection factors have been concurred with on.other dockets such as Perry (50-440, 50-4411, Trojan-(50-344), Palo Verde (50-523, 50-529, 50-530), and Beaver Valley (50-344,-

50-412).

Since we are preparing the RETS, your prompt attention' to this matter is appreciated.

Should you have any questions or require additional copies of the report, please contact Mrs. Evelyn Madsen (313) ~649-7570.

Sincerely,

/ ^
