Dear Mr. MacDonald:
We respectfully request an amendment to Certificate of Compliance USA 6601/B () to reflect the following:
1.
The handle on the liner fill access plug has been replaced with a l\\" square by 1" high bar stock attached to the plug with a %"
fillet weld.
2.
The handle on the liner vent and drain access plug has been replaced with a 1 "
square by lk" high bar stoc?c attached to the plug with a %" fillet weld.
We will submit revised drawings within 70 days whichgeflect the requected chances.
