By letter dated November 14, 1980, you transmitted IE Bulletin No. 80-23,
" Failures of Solenoid Valves Manufactured by Valcor Engireering Corporation."
Boston Edison Company was requested to determine whether Valcor Solenoid Valves having P/N's V7u900-21-1 or -3 are used to perfonn any safety re-lated function at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
Response
Valcor solenoid valves having P/N's V70900-21-1 or -3 are not used to perform any safety-related functions at Pilgrim Station.
