Your letter, Reference (b), revealed a potential for cracking of subject valve yokes used in sa fety related systems.

Maine Yankee has completed the necessary review and offers the following information, numbered to correspond with the Bulletin.

The following information is submitted in response to your request for estimates of manpower expended in the research and subsequent performance of actions associated with this letter / bulletin / document:

Manpower Requirements Hours Bulletin Response 30 Manhourp Corrective Actions Not Applicable It should be clearly understood that this information is not adequate to enable a value/ impact assessment.

In addition an adequate determination of the safety improvement as a result of this document needs to be included.
