The apparent violations cited in your letter of November lb, 1974 have been answered in the enclosure attached.

The responses to these violations concern a subject matter vbich is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2 790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.

Therefore, according to your letter of November 14, 1974, we are in agreement with your statement that these responses should be withheld from disclosure in the Public Document Room.
