Gesclusen:
Maddam Neck Plant Site Emergency Plan in Reference (1), Coomecticut Yaakee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) was requested to prepare and embait as upgraded emergency plan for the Haddam Neck Plant by January 1, 1980. This document has been prepared in accordance with the focust of Rasulatory cuide 1.101.
In accordance with the Reference (1) request CYAPCO hereby submits the enclosed upgraded Site tsorgency Plan. The Plan is also an update of Amendment 22 of the Maddam Neck Plant Facility Description and Safety Analysis (FDSA). This amendment consists of Revision 7 of the Site Emergency Plan which has been updated to comply with the intent of Regulatory Guide 1.101, and the State of Connecticut hersency Operations F1 sat. Annex V.
The revision also reflects the guidance provided in IR1 REG-0610. Revision 7 and the associated procedures are in full compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, and have been reviewed and have not been found to constitute an unreviewed saf ety question.
This revised Bnergency Flan will be implemented by January 1,1980.
