of the Construction Porait, Yankee has nou submitted to the Corniscion the l
completo Final Hazards Summary Report reflectind the final design of the reactor. Acccrdingly, Yankee requests the Commission to amend Construction 7
Permit He. CPPR-3 (a) by anending subparagraph E of the first full paragraph i
of the Construction Permit to reflect approval of the technical specifications i of the reactor, and (b) by deleting the second full paragraph of the Cen-O struetion Perait.
