Fursuant to the Atornic Energy Ac t of l'B4 and the Cemission's Rules and Fegulations issued thereunder, Yankee Atc,mic Electri C npany rerer;y supplements and amends i ts License Application ca ted June 29, lW ty surnitting the following s ta tement applicable thereto.
Design changes are being develeced which will permit continued cperation of the plant even with leakage frt.. the primary to the s e c o nc a r '.
system.
These changes are based cn design conditions which assuT:
