The above additional or superseded pages complete the information on the design changes which were outlined in Amendment No.18 dated January 13, 1960.
These changes have been made in order to permit continued operation of O
the plant in the event that minor leakage develops from the primary to the secondary system. Also included in this present amendment is a drawing showing the latest control rod design and a revised startup procedure covering the.
initial testing and operation of the control rod drives. All of this raterial has been the subject of recent discussions with the Hazards Evaluation Staff and with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards.
