The description of meter contact settings below 78% of fuil load, sutuitted as a part of Anendment No. 26, dated April 3,1961, was in error both in the letter of transmittal and on page 214:3a. The revised page 214:3a, sub-sitted herewith, corrects this description by stating that contacts are reset to IC'i pcmer when operation is belcw 78% of full pcwer, rather than 10% below 7._

Accordingly, the opening < tatement under paragraph II - Irrediate Action en page SO$B6:9 has been n viscd to reflect tnis change.
The abeva section 401 superseding pages, submitted herewith, correct certain information previously sutcitted as a part of Amendrrent No. 25, dated March 31, 1961. This infomatien may be su:rmri:N as f ollows:

The Source Range Instrumentation dees not include a rod stcp feature.

The intermediate Range Instrumentation provides a red stop at 1.5 decaces per minute rather than at 1.3.
