This arrendment is filed solely for the purpose of bringing up to date the technical information supplied as a part of the license appli-cation, and is a result of installing equipcent and control circuitry which will initiate i trip of the boiler feed ptsps in the event of a reactor scram above 15 MW electric.

Our request for luthorizaticn to install the required equipment to acccmplish the above action was covered in Proposed Change No. 7, sub-tr.itted to the Cornission on May 6, 1961.
Approval of the proposed change was received May 25, 1961.
Installation of the equipment and its control was completed July 22, 1961.
