two (2) dated November 28, 1980.

l Under Change II on page 2, delete the number "S376,790.28" in the last sentence and substitute the number "$376,970.28" in lieu thereof.

Also, delete the last sentence on page 2 and substitute the following in lieu thereof:

"This modification results in an increase to the ceiling amount of $180,000.00 from $196,970.28.to $376,970.28."
