Gentlemen:
This letter constitutes an interim report on the subject anchors which was discussed with Mr. Paul Barrett by phone on November 17, 1980.
Our architect-engineer is in the process of conducting a detailed investigation to evaluate the significance of this problem.
We expect this investigation to be complete by early January,1981 and therefore, we request that the date for our report to Region III be extended to January 16, 1980.
