50-326 In a letter from L. H. Mills to H. R. Denton dated August 1, 1980, IVA provided additional infortation anc comitmeats in response to NRC concerns abcut the Sequoy ah Nuclear Piant Radiologica. Emergency Plan (EEP). As required by itec 2.G.(b) of the Sequoyah Nue; ear Plant operating license, enclosed is information en the status of er.c! of the itecs sddressed in that letter.
Item 2.G.(b) of the license specifies a repo t ca the status of itema identified by the Federal Ecergency Management Agency (FEMA). Those items identified by FEMA concerning the Tennessee Emergency Plan for Sequoyah liuclear Plant were addrersed in a Ictter dated November 25, 1960, from Laoy Suiter of the State of Tennessee's Division of Civil Defense to J:ck D. Richardsen of FEPA Peglen IV.
FEMA did not identify itens ralated to tha TVA-REP for Sequoyah Nucitar Plant.
