Picker has sold the teletherapy product line, including the manufacture of teletherapy sources, to Advanced Medical Systems, Inc.

Accordingly, Advanced Medical Systems, Inc. has applied to the NRC to have the Picker shipping permits numbers 5706 and 9011 transferred to their name.

This letter gives the NRC the authority to terminate Picker as the owner of these permits upon the issuance of the permits to Advanced Medical 1

Systems, Inc.

Picker also wishes to register as a user of the new Advanced Medical Systems, Inc. permits. The Picker NRC approved Q. A. Program number is 0350 Docket number 71-0350.
